“Good basic accommodation for the price would be happy to stay again .”
Used as a base as we were visiting family , so a good location for that. Fairly quiet location & only 15 minutes stroll to Front St . Owner wasn’t seen but was easily contactable by mobile. Basic accommodation but clean and tidy.

Location was good . A slow 10 minute walk into the centre of Hamilton. Pool area was ok. Pool could have been a little cleaner.

“Good value. Excellent location.”
I liked everything about it. Room was large and comfortable. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the Ferry terminal and the center of town. Being close in if you want a taxi they show up in a few minutes. Ten dollars takes you anywhere in town. It's also good particularly good value for the price. Lana, the owner is very helpful answering questions and if you need anything.

Host was very pleasant, room was big with a great balcony view and the bed was very comfortable. Short walk into Hamilton.
