“Disaster”

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The doors are not soundproof at all, so you constantly hear the waves from the beach. While some may find this relaxing, it was a nightmare for our family. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, sounding like a motorbike running nonstop. We also had no hot water, and when we asked about it, we were simply told there was a problem with no solution offered. When we arrived, the trash bin was already dirty, which showed the room had not been properly cleaned. There was a strong fishy smell coming from the bathroom drain, making it very unpleasant. The beds were advertised as doubles, but they were actually one-and-a-half size and uncomfortable. The restaurant appeared dirty, and we didn’t feel comfortable eating there. On top of that, construction work was ongoing throughout the day, creating constant noise. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained. It has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it is not being taken care of properly.

The place is quite good, beachfront location , swimming pool was out of action, jacuzzi instead, no restaurant or bar on site

I booked the beach view rooms. The view from the room and the sound of the sea waves gave us a natural living experience. The sunrise and the huge waves of the southern sea were very nice in the morning. The food was also very good

I loved listening to the waves from our room and the view was beautiful , the staff were amazing and very attentive nothing was too much trouble , we had a memorable stay with all the staff !

The hospitality and customer service from the staff was great. They go out of their way to make sure u will have a comfortable stay. The service is better than the resort itself.

Very co-operative & helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Absolutely all alone on the beach. Restful sound of the waves lapping to the shore as you lie down in bed.

Perfect location for who coming from north or Yala park. Huge empty beach. Nice breakfast and dinner. Good staff. Sounds of waves was amazing true the night. A/C was good. Maybe walls bit thin, u can hear everything.

Sea view, location is very comfortable and calm. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The service was very good and on time. The meals are excellent.
