The location is near everything, a five-minute walk from the Hamamatsu train station. Along the walkway, there are a lot of restaurants. The breakfast is good; although there is not a lot, it is of really good quality. I will come back here again.

Hamamatsu is absolutely worthwhile visiting. The Flower Park/Zoo is fabulous and cheap to visit. Being the home town of Yamaha and Kawai instruments, the music scene is vivid and vibrant in the city. Much more relaxed than Osaka or Tokyo! Hotel Leon is pretty new, very comfortable and very clean. Great beds and a luxurious bathroom too. Warm and cozy lighting, more than enough space to store luggage. The suites (9th floor) even have a couch and a refrigerator! Guests receive a welcome drink for free and lots of skin care products are free to use as well. Pretty close to the JR Shinkansen station, at 10 minutes walking distance. Best hotel we had in Japan so far, in a city that stole our hearts!

“Good value modern hotel”
Nice modern hotel in good location. Reasonable size room but we have been spoilt by many stays with massive rooms. Nice comfy beds for Japan. Breakfast included in price. Also free parking but don't move your car for going out for dinner as he space will get taken quickly and you'll have to park in paid parking 50mts away

“Pleasant one-night stay in a central location with everything within walking distance”
We stayed one night as a stopover and were right in the center of Hamamatsu, with everything easily reachable on foot. The breakfast was sufficient, and the overall stay was pleasant.

There’s a free drink service in the reception area, which was very welcome when we arrived and when we came back from a walk to the centre! Also nice selection of amenities from the amenity bar.

Very large, clean room with best in- room facilities we had in Japan. Even had a massage chair and an oversized spa bath. Plenty of small touch extras as well. Staff super friendly and efficient. Location excellent. A short stroll to numerous dining options and a bit over 10 mins walk to rail station.

It was an excellent place to stay. The room was spacious and affordable. It had a good location, close to the Shinkansen station. The staff was very friendly. I only stayed for two days, but it was a great place overall.
