The hotel was quite new, clean. Room size was small, as expected. The bed was comfortable Breakfast was average.

“No complaints or probems”
The breakfast buffet included in the room price was a blessing because there weren't other options in the immediate station area.

near JR Hamada station, quick check-in and very helpful staff. Sent them message to help reserve seats for Iwami Kagura performance. They helped us with the reservations, as well as helped us arrange taxi to & fro the shrine (location of the performance) since it’s a night performance and distance is about 2-3km from hotel.

The hotel was just okay. I got a good view of the city. The room was fine.
