Literally everything.. This place was incredible.. The views, the cleanliness, the privacy.. It was so comfortable, warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. The hosts Theodora & Michael were so helpful with messaging and information, they supplied breakfast as well which was so nice! - I would suggest this place to anybody!

“Exceptional stay in the Grampians”

Kitchen facilities - The kitchen isn't just a kitchenette - it's stocked with quality pots, pans, utensils and even extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Comfort - The blankets and sheets were great quality, comfortable and clean. The lounge and bed are comfortable. We stayed during a heatwave and we were very comfortable during the day and night (great aircon). There were also plenty of spare blankets and pillows in the wardrobe if needed. Wildlife - From the loungeroom every evening we watched all the kangaroos, deer and ducks wander past our villa to the oval. We had an entire family of deer walk right past us while we lay on the couch it was awesome. Privacy - The villas are a short walk from the town, but it's tucked away so you do have space to yourself away from the other motels and people. We didn't realize but there are TWO villas on the same property, however they are a decent space from each other and it's still private, although we did close the blinds at times as the other villa has to drive past us to exit. Bathroom & cleaning - We loved having a washing machine, dryer, washing line and washing items. The bathroom was clean and modern. The only thing was the floor got very wet after a shower, a squeegee or something to mop the water to the drain would have been nice but not a big deal. The owners are very kind and thoughtful, calling us on the catastrophic fire days and checking in with us and our safety.

We loved our stay here, breakfast was wonderful, the accommodation was clean and a very relaxing, comfortable feel. The location is off the main road making it quite and a very short stroll to the main street.

Everything, the bed was so comfortable, best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The views were fantastic and being surrounded by the wildlife was so beautiful, Theodora and Michael had some treats (fudge) which was a lovely touch. Will definitely stay here again (will be for a third time).

The location, facilities and neighbouring wildlife was just so beautiful. We were so close to the town centre but isolated enough to feel extremely private. The unit is just beautiful, so much so that we cancelled dinner plans in town to stay in and enjoy our accommodation instead!

If you are looking for a luxury stay in the Grampians (Halls Gap) this is the place to stay. The location is perfect, both close to town but very secluded. Being fully equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities, you have the option of just staying put and looking after yourself for a few very relaxing days.

The accomodation was gorgeous, we absolutely loved seeing so much wildlife and the view was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable too!

Just wow, what a beautiful location and villa. Stayed for 5 nights and 6 days here. Room was so perfectly decorated, lots of spare blankets and pillows. Fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and full sized fridge. Loungeroom was cozy with the comfy couch and gas fire infront of the TV. The bed was 10/10 for comfort. And double headed shower and bath were lovely. And the views! First night we looked out the bedroom window to find a open field full of kangaroos and deer. It was so exciting to see. And the high wall to floor windows in the loungeroom/kitchen were spectacular. Thankyou for a memorable stay!
