“Lovely stay at the Ankerhof”
Great location right by the river. Quiet room with river view. Ample parking outside. Friendly reception staff and easy check in. Breakfast was fine though there was not a lot of choice.

“I would come again to the hotel next gime in Halle.”
The bed was to stiff and small. However the room was very cosy. I loved it. It would have been nice to have more choice at breakfast, more different bread, better fruits, better jam. However, the staff was very polite and helpful. The location was perfect, because it was. Lose to downtown on the one hand and close to the river Saale.

“Great base for a short break in this interesting and attractive town.”
Excellent location on the edge of the town centre, but only a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Very quiet. Nice restaurant with terrace next to a river. Ideal base for a few days to explore this interesting town with its excellent art gallery, Handel Museum and so fine churches.
