“Fair airport hotel but don't expect anything like Hilton standards.”

Rooms clean and well maintained. Always looked immaculate after being serviced every day. Appreciated the room safe, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Large screen TV. Room was air-conditioned but this only works if the window is fully shut. Makes sense, but a note somewhere near the room thermostat explaining this would be helpful. Beds comfortable. Pillows too small and too few in number though. Shower great and there was always hot water available. Good supply of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. A kettle in the room was nice, but would have appreciated milk cartons for tea rather than having to use the supplied coffee creamer. Ended up buying milk from supermarket down the road. Also, why weren't the tea/coffee supplies refreshed on the last night? Free wifi was OK. I had no problems, but my son said he found the quality of connection a bit patchy. Some fairly decent restaurants in the vicinity. We tried the Movenpick (across the road), the Oro di Napoli at the Sportspark (decent walk) and the Il Girasole. (one block down, one across - 10 min walk). Also the Royal 1913 in Schwaig and the Dubliner Bar in Erding. Close to the airport, so some aircraft noise is to be expected. Didn't bother us as my son is an avid plane spotter and we are used to airport hotels. But visitors should also be aware that the hotel is 31km from the centre of Munich. Not a problem to us, but worth bearing in mind if you are planning to use the hotel as a basis for a city break. Car parking available in front of the hotel. We got a discounted rate of 49 euros for a 7 day stay, which seemed reasonable.

Breakfast had a good selection of food and the coffee was great. Staff were really helpful, even cooking us a pizza when we arrived after the restaurant closed.

Great stay. Perfect if you're also visiting the O2 surftown. Very good breakfast and nice and super chill and quiet neighborhood close to the airport.

Beer was good. Rooms are clean. But no comfortable seating inside the room. The desk was tiny. Rooms are quiet, and showers have been nice. No good space to put your suitcase on.

Airport connectivity

I loved the fact that it was very well soundproofed after having been disturbed by other guests noise in other hotels recently. Priceless!
