Overview
The Neoclassic Villa Kalypso is built on the picturesque Nimporio Port, in Chalki Village. It offers stylish and self-catered accommodation with free Wi-Fi and views of the Aegean Sea from its furnished terrace or balcony. Minimally decorated and air-conditioned, all 1-bedroom apartments of Kalypso consist of an open-plan living room, dining and fully-equipped kitchen area with a ceramic top stove. A mounted flat-screen TV and earth-toned bathroom with toiletries and shower are also included. The harbour of Chalki and the beach are both within a short walking distance from Villa Kalypso. A few grocery stores, taverns and a traditional bakery surround the property.

“A Perfect 10”
This is beautiful apartment with first class facilities. Depie is the perfect host ... her communication, in excellent English, was always timely and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived on a morning ferry and being allowed an early check in was much appreciated. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very homely, and we especially enjoyed the large patio with two sunbeds. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the WiFi worked perfectly for us. The location is fantastic - less than 10 minutes stroll from the ferries and just one block back from the sea with great views. There is a supermarket less than a minute away, with bars and restaurants not much further.

Depie was so lovely, really helpful and informative before, during and even after our stay. The apartment has unbeatable views and was spotless. The location was amazing, the little supermarket down the hill delivers groceries for you and you are steps away from the numerous restaurants and bars on the Harbourside. Our stay was too short tho - we need to come back - everything was perfect !

“Fantastic place to stay, very well situated just above the port, very friendly and helpful owner.”
Everything was perfect. Very nice, clean and well equipped apartment with an exceptional view to Halki and the port. The owner was extremely helpful, gave us tips and places to visit and guided us during the entire journey. We enjoyed a lot relaxing at the terrasse contemplating the fantastic scenery, swimming in the sea (just few meters away from the house), having dinner in the port restaurants (we were never disappointed by the food), wandering around in the small and colourful village streets.

“Amazing location and a fantastic view of all the harbour”
The location was perfect, a little blue house located right next to St Nicholas Church. The view from the balcony was beautiful 😍 highly recommend for family's or couples. There is a small supermarket just a few steps away with all your daily essentials. The room had everything it needed and very spacious. The host was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed before my arrival.

The view from the apartment was magnificent!!! Pondamos beach just 10min walk. Water is crystal clear. Definitely coming back again.

“Classy Kalypso.”
Fab location, two minute walk to nearest steps for a harbour swim, equally close to tavernas, shops, etc. A very clean and modern apartment which is exceptionally well equipped. Comfortable bed with good linens, which were changed regularly, along with the towels. Excellent shower and divine bath products (Korres). Great communication from Depie, very helpful and responsive to our needs. Would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning to Villa Kalypso, and hope to soon!

“Great location and port view!”
Located next to the Church with close proximity to the shops, restaurants and cafes. The host is very responsive and provided lots of information during our stay. Great view of the port from the terrace. The apt is very well equipped and modern. Ideal and comfortable accommodation
