This is a wonderful position with a superb view and big terrace. Amalia (pronounced Amaleeya) met us from the Ferry and showed us around. She is very friendly and helpful. She also has a very nice restaurant on the front. The house was well provisioned in the typical Greek style.

Very nice terrace with amazing view, the host Amalia was very friendly. She has a restaurant on the harbour, Kifi. The food was delecious. Very good location with a lot af privacy and close to the harbour, restaurants and shops and beaches. Airconditioning worked very well.

Villa Efraim is in a fine, elevated position on the sunny side of the bay in the mornings and early afternoon - perfect for sum worshippers, with a big terrace upon which to take the sun. It is very well presented throughout and has all mod cons. The owner is very helpful.

What a lovely little place, with a fantastic patio area, the view is to die for. We had a wonderful 2 night stay, the Villa has everything you need and more. The owner is very helpful and friendly, who also has a lovely little restaurant on the harbour front, next to the bakery, definitely worth a try!

Excellent location and friendly host. Halki is very photogenic, beautiful harbour location with numerous tavernas . Property well maintained. Only stayed one night due to concerns regarding air-conditioning unit .

The house is located in the heart of Halki only a couple minutes away from the port, the local tavernas and the beach. It is a beautiful and spacious accommodation with a lovely terrace which will give you a mesmerising view of the bay. Mrs Amalia is a great hostess always prompt to assist with anything you might need and there to make sure you have an unforgettable experience.

Lovely and peaceful place to stay, especially the balcony enjoying the view. Great food from mrs Amalia at her restaurant Kifis. A nice lady who will help you with all requests you have. Definately a place to recommend

“Fabulous House in a Great Location”

We stayed in this exceptional house for a week in October 2021. It is very well equipped with all that you could possibly need - a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob, oven and microwave. There was also lots of crockery, glasses and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable with lots of wardrobe and hanging space. The spacious outside terrace had a stunning view of the harbour and there was a table for al fresco dining. Two sun beds and an umbrella were also provided if you wanted a break from the beach. The location was excellent. A five minute walk took you down to the bustling harbour with its bars and restaurants. The three main beaches are all within walking distance. Pondamos is a 10 minute walk and Ftenagia is about 15 mins away. Kania is a more demanding 30 min walk over the mountain road although it can be reached by a water taxi from the main port. All three beaches have fabulous beach bars serving great lunches. Sun beds at Kania are free. The local supermarkets provide a great, free delivery service so you don’t have to carry large bags of groceries up the hill. The owner, Amalia, was a warm, generous host and she also serves great food in her restaurant, the Kifi.
