“Memorable stay in Halki”

Beautifully appointed apartment, clean, modern with everything you need to make a light lunch or breakfast. Great view of the port from the balcony and being picked up from the ferry by the owner Archie was a bonus. Ps. The supermarkets all deliver to the apartment, much appreciated when buying heavy items like water. Our delivery was so fast he was at the apartment before us!

Apartment has a sea view from the balcony, which is especially enjoyable in the evenings. The apartment and the balcony are both very spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchenette is well equipped—you won’t need anything extra for preparing meals. The wifi connection was also very good throughout our stay. Mike asked about our arrival time in advance, and his father, Archie, was there to pick us up from the port and take us to the apartment. They also kindly helped us carry our luggage back to the port on our last day. They own a café and bar called The Twins, located right in the centre of the village, just in front of the port. You can enjoy a nice breakfast or drinks there at discounted prices.

Absolutely everything that is why we came back this year for the second time. Extremely hospitable hosts who are very accommodating, kind and friendly. Apartment as before immaculately presented, extremely clean and modern equipment. They have thought of everything you would have at home Not to forget the spectacular views across the Bay from the balcony, which is spacious with a large umbrella, table and chairs. They have opened a premises on the Quayside called 'The Twins' serving everything from delicious ice cream, snacks cakes and drinks; where all guests receive a 15% discount 👍🏾

Appreciated the lift from the port and Archie’s helpful information about the town. A lovely apartment with stellar views over the town and harbour from the lovely balcony. Thought has been given to modern styling with colour coordinated furniture, fittings and crockery etc. It had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay.

Great location in Chalki island, view was amazing. Hosts welcomed us in the ferry and took us to our room by car. Archie was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about life in island. Great place to stay!

“Fabulous apartment on a beautiful Greek island”

Absolutely everything. Halki is a beautiful island and the apartment, and it's location made our stay even better. The apartment is modern, spacious and well equipped. Everything is in excellent condition. The balcony has magnificent views across the Bay. It takes about 5-10 mins to walk to the harbour and it is hilly, but not difficult. As for the host what can I say, Michael you were brilliant.You made our stay so easy and comfortable from meeting us at the harbour and taking us to the apartment to rescuing us when our ferry was delayed and we had nowhere to stay until it arrived. Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely be returning to Halki and to Althea Apartment 1.

“Beautiful apartment, fantastic views and amazing hosts.”

We stayed here last week for 7 nights. The apartment was absolutely perfect! We were picked up from the port with our luggage and shown to the apartment and received lots of advice on what to do during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, amazing views and was spotless! (And it was even better in person than the pictures)

We loved our stay at Althea Apartment 1. The apartment is really beautiful and has the most amazing views from the balcony overlooking the lovely port. The apartment is extremely comfortable, modern and clean with plenty of hot water and great wifi connection. We were met at the port by the owner’s mother Fran who escorted us to the apartment and arranged for our luggage to be brought up. Fran and the owner Mike kept in touch with us during our stay and gave us lots of helpful information. We can thoroughly recommend staying at Althea Apartments, we will definitely be returning in the future.

Really loved staying at Althea. From the balcony you have the perfect view from sunrise, over the whole town, the windmills til the mountains where the sun sets. The bed is super comfy and the kitchen has everything that’s needed. Looking forward staying next year again here!

Excellent apartment, fully equipped and super-clean. The matress was really soft, the decoration had a very good taste and the bathroom was spacious and we really loved it. The view from the big balcony was really astonishing. Michalis has created a great place and he was very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay on this lovely place and we will definitely select this once we visit Chalki again. Highly recommended.

Everything was just perfect!!! The apartment was so comfortable, cozy and clean. The view was just amazing! The host picked us up from the port and he was extreamly nice and welcoming. Would happily stay again.
