Owner was great to communicate with; we loved the pool, the garden, the porch, the olive trees in the front yard. You can work out a cleaning schedule that suits you with the owner; pool is also cleaned regularly. Villa is secluded, with automatic remote controlled door, no noise other than birds in the evening and some early rising roosters. Great beach is close by - sandy, wild but also a nice beach bar and beach chairs and umbrellas as well as tavernas.
