“Wonderful secluded place”

Wonderful place in a quiet secluded spot. It is heart-warming to think there are still places like this. The room was basic but clean and nice. The tavern is delightful. Superb food, excellent service, magnificent views. Very friendly and professional staff. There is a small beach just a few steps away; in September there was almost no one there. Many picturesque places within easy reach (one does need a car). Our stay was a dream; I only wish we could stay longer.

The room felt luxurious, it was clean and despite the fact that we didn't get room in the higher floor, the view from the ground floor was also amazing, the terrace as well. Beds were very comfortable. The equipment was enough, there was a kettle and a fridge, unfortunately no stove. We also got teas and some cookies. There are two restaurants nearby.

A quiet, peaceful place, but we were at the end of the season, so it's hard to judge what it's like when the hotel is full. The tavern was no longer open, but the owners recommended some great places in the nearby towns. This is a great place if you have a car. Without a car or taxi, I can't even imagine how to get here. But it's worth it. Nearby (3 minutes) is a huge beach on the spit. The room with a balcony and shower is clean, pleasant with modern renovation. There is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee and tea. We were very comfortable. There are many interesting trees in the garden.

Wonderful view, there is a small beach very close. The place is surrounded by trees and flowers and you can see the sea from the restaurant’s terrace downstairs. Maybe the overall wasn’t worth the money.

Beautiful location. Room was a good size , two patios, comfy bed. Great food with lovely views. The staff were both friendly and service minded. We both enjoyed our stop over here.

Alonaki Bay is a very nice family-run Taverna/Accommodation. The taverna is located in beautiful garden and has amazing see view. We had a doble room with two single beds and balcony - the room and bathroom were both like newly reconstructed, with new furniture. Beds were very comfy and aircondition without any hassle. We were delighted with cleaning service. There was a small fridge in the room and kettle with some coffee. You can have breakfast in taverna, but it is quite simple, some upgrade would be nice. The food in taverna is tasty, kitchen is opened until 9 pm, which is a bit short. The beach beside the Alonaki Bay Apartments is very small and not really a place where you want to stay. However, it only takes 15 - 30 minutes walking to large sandy Halikounas Beach (there is also a beach bar Tayo with sunbeds&umbrellas - app. 25 minutes walking). There is no shop within walking distance or bus stop, so be aware, that you definitely need a car. However, the location of the place is very calm and nice, with many olive trees around, you will enjoy it mostly if you look for a place without many tourists. The Halikounas beach is so big, that you can have your own prive spot there. We also liked Gardenos Beach - only short drive south.

Hotel is in a hidden spot facing an amazing view. It’s really peaceful place. The owners are really kind and helpful. The rooms had everything we needed, were clean and comfortable.

It's the perfect hideaway and stay for those who want to relax on a not so touristic spot on the island. The room was perfect and clean. The food in the restaurant is excellent and good value for price and most of all , Spiros and his family are the perfect hosts. We could not wish for anything more. The view from the restaurant is amazing , don't forget to visit Chalikounas beach and drive 2 to 3 kms to Tayo beach bar ! Enjoy and don't hesitate to book - with all our love - André & Anne

A very good time spent with my partner, the restaurant has a magnificent view which is well worth the detour In addition, Lake Korrision is right next door, with large sandy beaches ideal for spending the afternoon.
