“Great location and reasonable price.”
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and gave us a late checkout. My friend's son had surgery at the IWK. The location is very central.

The hotel has a great location, which made it very convenient to walk around and explore the city. The room and bathroom were very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to have a small fridge and a coffee machine in the room. The pool was great, and there is also a café on the first floor where you can have breakfast from the menu. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming.

“Don't book with Booking.com”
What I did NOT like was Booking.com not cancelling all my Canada hotel bookings when I cancelled each one individually well ahead of the cancellation date. I had to cancel my trip because my wife was suddenly taken ill. I am now down over £200 for hotel bookings I cancelled on Booking.com website. I even cancelled this hotel and the Barrington Hotel in Halifax again yesterday but you still went ahead and paid the Digby hotel. An apology and a full refund would be nice. I am and have been a small but regular customer over a number of years.

There was a great deal of noise after bedtime (11;00 until 1:00) then it started up again at 3;00 We were very tired!!!!!!!!!

The location was amazing and the staff are so kind and helpful. One thing to note is you do not need to go outside to get to the parking garage you can walk through the hotel to the center for parking.
