Easy access to a grocery store and several restaurants. Not too bad of a walk to the ScotiaCentre Ice Arena. Uber drivers had a great pickup and drop off spot. The King bed was comfy. Great walk in shower.

Great views from 9th floor windows, super comfy beds and pillows, with lovely bedding as well! A large bathroom with 2 sinks was a bonus. We loved it.Apt is clean and modern and has 2 giant TVs. Also very quiet on 9th floor Good communication from property manager for getting in and out and what to do for access. Having a garage parking space was a treat! Quinpool is a 35 to 40 min walk to downtown but we did it several times, was a good walk... until we found #9 A or B bus which stopped literally across street. Quinpool is a fun and vibrant district with great little restaurants and is nice to explore! The building is well situated

“This IS the place to stay!”
Jeff was great! When I arrived, I called him to see if I could drop off my luggage as I arrived mid-morning. He was so gracious to allow me into the Penthouse early! I then met Tiffany, the person who cleans and sets up the rooms. She's amazzzziiinnngg! We chatted and she was cleaning the other PH. It was amazzzzing place!!! So those who need an apartment, this is where you need to be. The grocery store is less than 5 minute walk, various restaurants around. FREE underground parking for 1 car. I didn't rent a car as I was only there for a few days but that would be a great asset. FREE washer and dryer IN THE apartment! YES! It's true! They are the regular size and everything is provided. YES, FREE. Two huge screens - living room and bedroom so that was really awesome. So when you walk in, everything is there. Even olive oil and basic stuff so that you can cook. It's annoying when you go into an apartment but then you have to buy things like oil or something for just a few days.... I will definitely come back to this place if there is business again in Halifax.

Getting the keys was fairly easy. I got the passcode from Jeff and was able to get the keys from the keylock pad.
