Great downtown location and very nice rooms. The hot tub was nice and big and felt nice to relax in. The parking worked out well for us too!

I was almost turned away at check-in because I was told my card I have used here for years was no longer accepted. I was travelling with my 11-year-old who started to panic that we wouldn't have a place to sleep. I was told I'd be allowed to check in with my card this one last time and they were putting a note on my file not to accept my card any more. I was also charged a $100 hold fee in stead of the usual $50 hold fee and I had to talk the employee down from the $300 he wanted to charge me. At check-out the next morning the person who checked us out was confused as I was told that my card was perfectly acceptable and that the note would be taken off my file. So very bad check-in but very good check-out.

“It was ok. We were here on a medical trip ..it covered the bases”
The king bed was nice but pull out uncomfortable to sit on and horrible to sleep on. Thank you for providing a crib, but babies need nice blankets too. It looked like a square cut off from an old adult blanket. Not very soft or comfortable. Not enough cutlery or dushware or glasses. The doors enclosing the bedroom was broken and would not stay closed. No extra blankets. Limited TV programs for little ones. I assumed stove meant there would be an oven. Accessibility to the hot tub, up a stairwell was not great. Staff were amazing and very welcoming and accommodating.
