The accommodation was a very positive experience. The rooms were modern and clean and equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful homemade Armenian-style breakfast. Larissa was extremy helpful and kind.

The hosts were very welcoming and got out of their way to accommodate us. The house was with all the conveniences anyone can need and extremely clean. It was a typical rural Armenian home. A big advantage was its location- few minutes driving from Tatever and a beautiful view.

“Village life and family vibes”

The stand out features were the hosts who were super kind and helpful both in person (Larissa) and via the app (Nellie). I enjoyed spending time somewhere rural, where you can breathe deeply and not constantly be surrounded by noise. I enjoyed walking around the village and taking bread from the local bakery, seeing kids on their bikes and the animals roaming. The views in the local area are genuinely breathtaking, and the property is so close to the Wings of Tatev you can see the guesthouse from above (book online to avoid queues). Dinner was delicious, and flavourful (one meat eater and one veggie). Plenty of space - the room I slept in had a double bed plus 3 singles and it was similar in the second bedroom. Adored the electric blankets! Lots of support to find drivers and help us negotiate route and price. On departure day Larissa made coffee and sat with me until the taxi arrived, and when I left I had a big hug and kiss. Really a personal stay. Thank you so much 🤍

“A great budget-friendly beautiful homestay”

We liked this place very much. Budget-friendly Good ambience. Beautiful location & it's near to 'Wings of Tatev'. Spacious rooms easily can accommodate ~10 people & very good bedrooms. Cleaned & well maintained. Provided with all facilities including bbq. About Owner & staff, they were very friendly to us. I would recommend this place for those who are planning to come here with a group of friends because We enjoyed that much 😊👍. Thank you for giving us a memorably wonderful stay. 👍

“Pleasant and relaxing.”

Hosts were very friendly and responded to our call right away. We arrived late and had to leave early and both times were quick to meet us. The breakfast was amazing all home made (other than hot dogs). Neighbourhood cats kept is company on the terrace. Also was fun to see the local cows walk the streets in the morning.

The location was just beautiful, the cottage just perfect. And the host friendly and helpful in every way.

the property although very traditional in its decor provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay . the lady managing the property and her granddaughter were very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed .

If you want to experience a bit of a village life this should be the place to choose. You can taste true village food for breakfast. There was a good and working air conditioner, it was in the living room but was enough to cool down the bedroom too.
