The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient, close to the train station and next to the canal.

The friendly staff always willing to help. I thoroughly enjoyed the views of the harbour from the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful

“Would stay here again.”
This is a wonderful little hotel in a beautiful location. Staff was great, the breakfasts were sumptuous with every food imagineable. It's al conveniently located about an eas two-block walk from the train station.

“Dirty towels - unfriendly”
Absolutely not recommended. Staff is mean and condescending. The restaurant staff were amazing, nice and friendly but the front disk was not very much. The rooms are not cleaned well. One of our towels had lots of dirty stains on them. Do not think I will be coming back

Location was perfect. Lovely hotel and staff lovely. Views of the harbour and fort fantastic. Very central for restaurants and bars.
