Overview
Located right in front of Ichirino Ski Resort. Guests can also reserve a private outdoor bath and relax in the terrace overlooking the garden. Free Wi-Fi is available in the public areas. Guests can enjoy hiking, barbecue and tennis at Ichirino Park. The air-conditioned rooms feature a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box and a fridge. “Superb hosts”
The food at this hotel is outstanding. We were extremely well fed and just had the breakfast and dinner option. The hotel in summer is a good base for hiking and cycling. A rental car was a bonus, but you can use public transport to get there (rail then bus).

Beautiful setting inside the Hakusan Nature Park just along the White Road. Comfortable hotel, very kind and helpful staff, including the lovely birdie robot. Pretty Japanese style room looking onto the forest garden. Hot spring spa right in the hotel with an open air section among stones and trees. Excellent mountain style kaiseki dinner.

“Amazing stay in the summer”
Me and my girlfriend went to do the White Road. We were VERY happy with this hotel. The staff was so so nice, and the food was excellent! We were treated like royalty. And the bath hot spring is to die for. Plus free yukatas to wear! Very happy

Just opposite to the ski center, and hotel provided some snow board & equitment even the ski center is closed but still can bring those equitment to play our own.

“A good stop over on the way to hike Hakusan”
Their onsen was undergoing renovations and so they kindly let people use the private onsen for free for 40 minutes. It was quite small but very pleasant. Very quiet and lovely mountain area, beautiful autumn leaves.

Super Nice Local Breakfast! The BBQ dinner is awesome and the staffs are very helpful. Overall environment is good. The only thing was no onsen due to damage of pipe but hotel allow us to use the private onsen at no cost. Very nice experience and highly recommended.

“Hidden gem off the beaten path”
We really loved our stay at Hotel Roan! The service was excellent, staff were so helpful and recommended activities for us to do in the area. The onsen is currently not active but the private bath is lovely, a stone pool in an outdoor setting, you can relax after skiing while watching the snow fall. Food was excellent using produce from the area - wild boar, tofu, trout.
