Overview
A 15-minute walk from Hakuba Happoone Ski Resort, Shakespeare Hotel offers simple Western-style accommodations with mountain views. Guests can use free Wi-Fi in the entire building and rent ski equipments on-site. JR Hakuba Train Station is a 5-minute drive away. The air-conditioned rooms feature a sofa, TV and a fridge. Guests can make green tea using the electric kettle and wear the provided Japanese Yukata robes. The en suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer and toothbrush sets. Hotel Shakespeare is a 20-minute drive from Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort and a 15-minute drive from Hakuba Iwatake Ski Resort. A shuttle bus stop for various ski resorts is located right in front of the hotel. We have various restaurants, bars, yoga studio, and massage service on the premises. The restaurants provide quality dinners and 2-3 restaurants provide breakfast service. Excellent staff and fantastic location, especially for easy access to the slopes and high quality food! Great dry room for snowboard gear which comes in very handy for drying boots and gloves to get you out there fresh every day.

“Ok if you’re looking for party central location in Echoland. Not so much if you’re used to Japanese level of omotenashi.”

Great stay, central echoland. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfy beds. The staff were super friendly and gave great mountain advised, they took care of my bags while I skied and helped bring them upstairs.

“A great stay in the heart of Echoland”
Great location, right in heart of Echoland. Easy, short walk to shuttle bus and restaurants. Staff were absolutely lovely, rooms were neat and clean. Drying room was spacious. Would definitely stay here again.
