Peaceful and well presented. Easy to access all major ski lifts. Staff were so kind and accomodating.

Excellent location. Very cozy and warm property. The room was spacious and clean. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We could use bath (onsen) privately. The common space had an amazing collection of Japanese books. Check in check out was very smooth.

Cozy comfy feel in a great location 5 min walk from Sakka lifts on Happo One. Quiet and proper traditional feel in a town that’s very crowded for the snow season. Have stayed in a few places in Hakuba over snow season and this is by far and away the best.

Great location walking distance to the Sakka slopes of Happo-one with some free buses to other resorts. Private onsen was really nice and very useful to have dinner served at the hotel, a few other food options around but this was nice and easy. Masayo was the best, and kindly picked me up from the train station - thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic location in regards to the sakka quad lift, literally a few minutes walk away. Nice large room. Staff were absolutely amazing, very polite owner who was very helpful during our stay.

The property was clean and in close proximity to everything such as the slopes and bus stops, as well as restaurants. Staff were exceptional, very accomodating and fostered an environment that felt like home. We met the owner and she was so lovey. Furthermore, the highlight of our stay was meeting one staff member named Tim. Shout out to him. It’s our first time in Japan so he made sure we enjoyed our first visit to the max. We are grateful to the staff for being so hospitable and making our trip enjoyable. We’ll definitely come back again. !
