Rooms were a great size. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Location was convenient to Echoland.

“Location, Clean, overall excellent”

Location, Room itself was great, 3 beds with a small “lounge area” and mini verandah. Very clean. Good Drying Room.

We have stayed as a family of four, we had two teens who enjoyed to stay in the dining room to chill out in the evening after a hot bath. This homestay feeling is what it worth with the friendly hosts who'd look after you in need. Amazing breakfasts, clean bathrooms and makes you feel like home and very private.

Lovely guest house in Echoland, convenient location to the shuttle stops, and exploring the restaurants and bars on the main strip. Despite their limited English, the owners were hospitable, friendly, and genuinely cared for their guest's comforts. The homemade breakfast was a delicious assortment (salad, eggs, yogurt, fruit, ham, cheese toast) and varied on each morning during our stay. Definitely a wonderful place to stay when in the Hakuba region!

“Warm, homely and stylish”

We loved our stay at Pension Nugget Inn. The accomodation felt homely, warm and stylish. Additionally, the facilities are high quality. In term of location, a short walk from the house would lead you to the bus stop, konbini, and plenty of restaurants. The hosts were extremely hospitable, accomodating and helpful. They made us feel completely at home. We enjoyed every interaction with them.

Very clean, warm and comfortable with nice owners

Gorgeous little pension. Comfortable rooms and beds - good temperature. Great shared bathrooms, very clean. Japanese bath for soaking. Lovely common space that felt very welcome in. Nice to hang out and drink a glass of wine or bento box. Great breakfasts that were timed for you.

The couple who run the inn are very sweet, accomodating, helpful and friendly. They do not speak much English so having a translator app is recommended for more complicated requests. The rooms were spacious with lots of room to spread out. They have a ski room to hang up and store wet snow gear and washing. The homemade Japanese breakfast was good and filling. There are two shared showers and a female/male shared toilets. The location is right next to the main strip in Echoland where you can get breakfast/lunch/dinner, a 20 minute walk to Happo One and close to multiple bus/shuttle stops to get to any of the ski resorts. We would definitely recommend the Nugget Inn to friends and family if you are looking to stay in Echoland.

Excellent owner couple were very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and shared bathroom / toilets excellent. They even arranged ski hire for me. The breakfast was also a great start to the day

We absolutely loved our stay! The most gorgeous couple run the lodge, it just made our experience even more special. Comfortable rooms, communal area & bathroom. Very close to Echo land & close to the Free bus stop to the slopes - catch it from across the JaJa in echo land. Highly recommend the breakfast!! We sat at the same table every morning at 7am. We enjoyed a different breakfast each day while listening to soft Japanese music. So Cozy & cute!!
