Overview
Located a 1-minute walk from the restaurants and shops on Echoland Street, Pension Marionette offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. It features massages, barbecue facilities, and a free shuttle to/from Hakuba Station. Guests can watch DVDs in the shared living room. Breakfast is served on advance request in the dining room, which features a piano. Ski storage is available. Rooms come with large windows, a loft and carpet flooring. Some are a loft divided over 2 floors, and all are fitted with an LCD TV. A shared-use fridge and tea/coffee maker are available for use in the common area. The Marionette Pension is just a 7-minute walk from the Hakuba Saegusa Museum. It takes 8 minutes by car to Hakuba Happo One Ski Resort, and 18 minutes to Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort. The pension is located a 1-minute walk from the free shuttle bus stop to Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort. Guests can take the shuttle to the nearby ski slopes. Guests can enjoy shabushabu hotpot dish and homemade sushi rolls for dinner at an additional charge.

The house offers generous shared spaces with all essential amenities thoughtfully provided, making it comfortable and welcoming. Its location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive from Hakuba Train and Bus Stations, with bus stops, restaurants, and convenience stores all nearby. What truly made our stay special was the homeowner’s exceptionally kind, warm, and generous hospitality. He has very limited English but known to use Translate Device to communicate. If you need anything, please ask him. We were given a lift to the Train Station. I reckon if you contact him at arrival, he will pick you up as well.

It was like sharing a big Japanese home. Living area was great and included a grand piano. It was shared. Bathroom which was fine, Drying room and friendly helpful staff.made the stay memorable.

The place was so cozy and cute. The facilities were pristine and the host was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to assist us. It was the details that made it so special such as a lit fireplace and sleepy time music each night. I would recommend to all my family and friends!

Friendly staff which are happy to help and made us instantly feel at home. There is a beautiful fire place in the common area which is perfect to sit by after a day on the mountain. The location is perfect and the room was spacious.

We loved our stay here. Musata went above and beyond for us. Picking us up at the train station and even taking us to the luggage transport hub to get our luggage as they hadn't delivered it yet. Location is amazing. We knew when we booked it was single beds and they weren't the most comfy but they sufficed. Bathroom facilities were awesome. I didn't realize until the last day that there was a deep hot tub in the shower room! Ugggh it was amazing too, wish I had of used it every night lol. So if you go lift the lid in the shower to find a deep deep tub filled with the hottest water. Thankyou so much for a wonderful stay x

I can’t explain enough how glad I am to have stayed at this property. I received amazing customer service throughout the stay, from check in to even after check out as I had left a few important things behind! Staff were so friendly. Communication was great, with fast responses through the app. In person, google translate also worked a treat. I loved that there was hot water and green tea available to drink. Location was great, just a short walk away from the shuttle buses to the snow fields. I would definitely stay here again, based on the customer service alone!
