Great location in Echoland main street. Easy to get to the shuttle bus locations and plenty of good restaurants to go to at night. Good facility to store and dry snow gear.

My bed was very comfortable and room was warm. Excellent location, close to any ski shuttle. I really appreciate the attention to detail including the kettle and fridge provided in my room, teas, coffee, hot and cold water available in the reception area. I never had to wait for the toilet or shower which was great. Always clean. The host was very nice, gave a tour on arrival and helped when my phone died.

This is a traditional Japanese-style pension hotel. I was very satisfied with the breakfast, and it's a 3-minute walk to the bus stop for the free shuttle bus.

“A good value for money Japanese style ski lodge in echoland”

The property is well maintained in the heart of echoland, and the rooms are big for Japan. It offers a Japanese style ski lodge style accomodation, with a Japanese bath room. The house rules are normal for Japan (such as using the bath facilities properly), and the host makes sure you have enough to eat every morning. Not ideal for party people, but great for those wanting a more relaxed atmosphere in echoland.

Location superb. Very nice touches like the host putting boot warmers in everyones boit overnight. Host a real hero when our car got stuck in the snow and needed towing out.

The central location of this accommodation is unbeatable. The dining area is warmed with a fireplace, the bathrooms provide a lovely bath to utilise post mountain days. Very helpful, had to borrow the phone a few times to organise ski rentals and the owner was always accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Is great location in Echoland. Exholand is a great place to stay to go to all of the mountains in the hakuba valley. The rooms are large and spacious with a smart tv which was lovely to unwind after long days snowboarding. The shared bathroom was clean. It is a well laid out property with dry room and place for snowboards.

Location location location. Needed to learn the shuttle bus arrangements. Once we have learned that, we realised that the accommodation was in the best location for the bus stops nor both HV buses and free shuttle buses (T1 and E1)

“Rustic ski lodge in the heart of Echoland”

The place has a rustic ski lodge feel to it and the owners make you feel like you are staying with a distant uncle and aunty who will prepare you breakfast in the morning if you ask nicely. The room was cosy and warm and the beds were comfortable. Bathing area and toilets were kept clean during our stay. There was a coin operated washer and dryer available to use and also a dry room and storage area for skis and snowboard gear. The location is pretty hard to beat within steps to the middle of the Echoland main strip where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from. There are buses that shoot off from the Main Street to allow you to easily chase the Japow at all the different ski resorts around Hakuba.
