We stayed in the queen suite which luckily had our own bathroom, but the shared facilities were also great. Breakfast every morning was excellent and great service. Although we had a car, restaurants and main area of Happo was easily within walking distance as well as the Happo lifts. Would definitely stay here again!

“Amazing staff”
Staff: special shoutout to the team (we only got the names of Bailey, Sato, Justin) who seamlessly helped us clueless first time skiiers, and didn’t make us feel bad about ourselves at all. They were really patient with the shuttle buses and ski equipment tryout as well. Toilets and showers: even though the showers and toilets were limited and public, there was literally no one sharing the showers in our 3D2N stay. And we stayed during new year period.

“No Japanese wibe, but great place with reasonable price”
Location is of centre, which we liked (some may not like it). Rooms small, but it's Japan, very broad offer of amenities, including private onsen (we liked that). Staff was great, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

“Wonderful location and the staff are very helpful and friendly.will stay again”
Very close to the lifts (about 150m) and close to the shuttle bus. The rooms were very nice with a small onsen in the hotel. They had two drying rooms which meant there was always space to dry ski gear. Breakfasts were different each morning and freshly made
