Everything! it was spacious, clean and just perfect for our family, with the added bonus of a washer/dryer! Our hosts were amazing, always on hand to answer questions and helping us with anything we needed.

The cabin was very warm and cosy and well set up for a family. Location is great and a short (and beautiful) walk to everything! Special shout out to Alex who organised everything for us, he was super responsive and went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met.

Very close to Happo-One - walk down the track and arrive at the gondola station. Same for home. Getting to the other resorts means walking the 6 minutes to Hotel Toku and the bus goes from there.

Location was good. Great access to busses. Modern clean. Beware the default location says Wadano but our chalet was in Echoland. Staff were very helpful.

We loved our stay at MORINO Chalets, everyone was so helpful. The suggestions and advice, drop offs and pick ups by MORINO were fantastic. House was warm, excellent amenities and perfect for a restful and fun filled Japanese ski holiday. Hakuba is magical.

The location was just magical. Those mountains are breathtaking. The chalet had all the mod cons. Staff were super helpful when we couldn't work a few things out. It was warm and inviting and the chalet had so much character. We had a car and everything was so close. This was a super convenient location and a nice little neighbourhood to walk around. Would love to stay in this accommodation again. We also went up to Mountain Harbour via the Iwitake Noah Gondola. It was definitely worth it. The views were amazing. We had lunch at a little restaurant called Gravity Works. Pizza and pasta made from scratch with no nasties. The place smelt amazing and the ambience was sensational. Definitely worth a visit.

The house is convenient, very clean. The owner provides good service, gives advice and is very easy to contact. A total of 9 people are staying, enough to stay in both the bathroom and the shower room.
