Clean and with a homely atmosphere. Staff were friendly & made us feel at home. Picked up from bus terminal in Hakuba & shuttle to Lawson if needed daily.

The staff were fantastic!, they really made the stay great, they were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything worked. Good location too, short walk into town or home from Happo after skiing.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they made the stay fantastic. Even considering we arrived much earlier than check in we were able to keep our bags within the lodge.

Loved the location, walkable distance from the main part of town. The hotel had regular shuttles in the morning that made it easy to get around, especially to the ski fields. Breakfast was great every morning, and all the staff were lovely and more than happy to help with recommendations and getting around. The rooms were small but very cosy and comfortable, no complaints there. Loved the common spaces, always kept warm, and liked the fact that had a separate dry room to store any ski gear you may have. Reminded me of and old school BnB experience, highly recommend.

Friendly staff, the communal area was cosy, and the Condo was brilliant. Breakfast included was great. Shuttle to connecting buses great also.

The place was very clean and rooms were very comfortable. Excellent, functional kitchen with all utensils and equipment of very good quality. Living area was bit congested but enough for 3-4 people.

Breakfast and shuttle services were great! The location was good, not far from Happo Kosukai slope. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
