“Greater location, friendly staff, clean and nice”

It is near to the ski lift, the boss are willing to help. They provide us pick up and drop off. Anything i need help they will help instantly like drive us to the dinner place, drive us to the black cat office to send a ta q bin and many more. Definitely my first choice when i visit again in hakuba

“One of the best places to stay in the area”

Best location in town with views from our room of the mountains and ski runs and being the closest accommodation in town to the ski lifts across the road. Owners are exceptional and went out of their way to help us including lifts to other mountains, shops and spa. Breakfast cereal and pastries were an unexpected addition.

Hosts were so welcoming, the accommodation has everything you need & couldn’t be closer to the lift, gondola & plaza. Some great restaurants around too.

“Exceptional customer service and great location!”

First time visiting Japan snow and we couldn't have asked for anything more than this accommodation. The room was everything we needed for the 2 of us and a shared kitchen space with other guests. Nicolas who runs the apartments was so friendly, kind and generous and speaks very good English. In the kitchen space there was always coffee brewed, bread, Sweets and snacks to help yourself to. A great location too, only a 1 minute walk to Escal Plaza and another minute to the chair lift. The view out of our window looking directly to the mountain was absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Hakuba Goryu!

“Perfect”

The room is equipped everything and even easy breakfast materials. The whole building is cleaning and cozy. The owner is a very nice guy. You can just walk 1 min to the Goryu Gondala, no need to walk with heavy ski gear. I strongly recommend it.

Excellent location and Nicolas and Emille made our stay extra special. Huge room, great kitchen and a drying room as well. Ski rental place downstairs and loads of food options nearby. If you want to be close to Goyru ski field then this is the place.

“Lovely accom!”

Accom was clean and spacious, exactly like the photos. Very near ski slopes. Host was very kind and gave us a ride to/from the bus station. There were snacks available and even hot wine on a cold day!

The Lift Inn is so cosy and comfortable. We loved the homely feel and it always felt so warm and welcoming to return to the room after skiing all day. Nicholas is a great host, he is very friendly and helpful. The location is great for beginners, you can either ski right across the road at the Goryu slope or catch the shuttle bus to any other slope in Hakuba valley. All the buses leave from Escal Plaza which is an easy 5 minute walk from the Lift Inn.

Amazing, helpful and lovely owners. Who go out of their way to help you and welcome you. Taking us to the shops and chemist when we needed help. The location is amazing directly opposite the Goryu slopes.

“Great location if you like night skiing at Goryu snow resort”

The location is exceptional as it is super close to Escal Plaza at the Goryu resort, especially if you are into night skiing at the at the Toomi Sky 4 chairlift. It is a 1-2 minute walk to the Toomi Sky 4 chairlift. You can also catch the Hakuba Valley shuttle bus from the nearby Escal Plaza, that will take to you all the other resorts in the Hakuba area. The room is very clean, well heated and well equipped with all the necessities. There was even Netflix available. The accommodation has a shared kitchen area with all the kitchen appliances you would need. There is also a drying room for storage and drying of your snow gear and a laundry machine. Our host Nicolas was one of the best hosts we have ever had in Hakuba. He grew up in the area and knows it extremely well and will be able to help you with anything (ski resorts, restaurants, shuttle buses, etc.). He is extremely friendly, helpful and generous. It is super easy to get in contact with him at anytime through Whatsapp. Nicolas offered to drive us to nearby supermarkets and other places if we needed and also provided discounted tickets at the Goryu/Hakuba 47 resorts. Nicolas even provided some complimentary treats and drinks/beer in the fridge for the guests.

“Perfect place for a family to stay”

Huge light room with views out to the snow, comfortable beds, kitchen and laundry facilities were exceptional and owners went out of their way to help. A literal walk across the street to Hakuba Goryo base area which had great food and convenience items as well as info centre and ski stores. We liked that Goryo area was quieter than Happo/Echo.

“Lovely stay near Goryu Hakuba with everything you need!”

The host was super lovely and went out of his way to make us comfortable and enjoy the trip, including lots of driving around (picking up/dropping off at the bus stop, taking us to the supermarket, as well as to HappoOne + onsen given buses aren’t running yet). He was very responsive and assisted with the wifi and laundry machine. The property had everything you need in a small apartment - clean spacious room with Netflix, private bathroom, shared kitchen with essentials, laundry/dryer machine, snow gear dryer room. Lots of heating that keeps the room warm. Location is right across from the main Goryu gondola. Downstairs is a rental shop where you can get some gear (discount provided from staying at Lift Inn).
