Overview
Situated only 50 metres away from the Happo One Ski Resort in Hakuba, Hotel Villa Hakuba features free WiFi throughout the property and free private parking on site. Apartment units contain a Western-style kitchen, lounge room and dining area. All rooms and apartments feature high-end finishes and mountain views of Happo One Ski Resort. There is free shuttle service at the property. Positioned within the Hotel Villa is The Rabbit Hole bar/cafe, which serves mouth-watering burgers, quality barista-made coffee, and features an outdoor heated Apres area. The property has staff from Japan, Australia, Canada, Finland, Germany and Korea, who can attend to guests in different languages. Hotel Villa Hakuba is located 50 metres from the Sakka Lift on Happo One Resort. In addition, the Sakka Kids Park and a range of restaurants are all within a few minutes walking distance. Currently we have staff from Japan, Canada, the US, the UK, Germany, Taiwan, and Australia.

“Brilliant spot right off slopes”
This place was fantastic, right on the slopes of Saks lifts at happo one. The staff are friendly and helped to arrange transfers and restaurants etc. rooms were clean and modern. Tv facilities were great.

“This is not a 4-star property.”
- The location is fantastic for skiing. Literally a 1 minute walk to the Sakka lifts/ticket office. There’s a few bars and restaurants nearby in Wadano but it is about a 30 min walk to a larger selection of bars/restaurants in Hakuba. If you’re planning on going to any of the nearby bars (including the attached Rabbit Hole) to eat, or even just for a drink, anytime after 6pm then you need to book a table. - The reception staff (mostly Aus/UK/USA) are very helpful, friendly and reactive to customer requests. They can organise a shuttle bus to get you to nearby locations and make HHG restaurant reservations for you. They we are able to provide advice on local excursions, etc. - The Rabbit Hole bar/restaurant takes up pretty much most of the second floor of the ‘hotel’ so is super convenient with a great atmosphere. The food is good, staff are great and there’s generally live music performed most nights. But there is a down side to this convenience…read on…! - The beds are big, comfortable and warm.

Chic and stylish accommodation with a restaurant next door that served an excellent breakfast with decent coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful and location was right next door to a chair lift. Very convenient.

fantastic location, easy walk to the Sakka quad, ski hire shop across the road, a free shuttle to take you to shops and bus stop. A great 3 bedroom apartment for our family of five.

Great location. At the foot of Sakka slope, a 5 mins walk to Central Snow Hakuba to rent your gears, convenient pub for lunch and dinner. Helpful staff that went all out, from receptionists to drivers.

“Fantastic Stay in a private little cabin in the snow”
We stayed in the private cabin and it was wonderful. Such a lovely little spot which made the trip even more enjoyable. The cabin was always really warm and a nice place to relax in between skiing and eating. Fantastic service from all the staff in the hotel and the Rabbit Hole. Shout out to Rose and Travis were very friendly and approachable. Great shuttle service to most places we needed to get to.
