Love the ambiance, how they arrange those flowers around the entrance, mountain view from my room’s window, the peaceful surroundings and even the helpful staff, will surely come back when i visit Hakuba. Ps: make sure you rent bicycle to explore the hakuba village, it’s totally worth the experience.

View from our room was nice. Good they have in-house onsen. Relaxing to soak after a day climb at Hakuba.

“Amazing Stay with Stunning Mountain Views!”

The View is 10/10: The location is perfect. I booked a Mountain View room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking—exactly like the photos in the reviews! Great Food with a View: Both breakfast and dinner had a huge variety of choices. Everything tasted good, but the best part was the dining room—it has a beautiful view that makes eating there very relaxing. Easy for Skiers: Getting to the ski resort was super easy. There’s a free shuttle bus that picks you up right in front of the hotel. Very convenient! Super Helpful Staff: The reception team was lovely. They gave us great tips on how to get around and even told us about the best spots to take photos. Perfect Room Layout: I really liked how the room was designed. The space was well-organized and very comfortable to stay in.

Excellent service

The hotel room was very comfortable for a single Solo Traveler and it's very near to all of the ski slopes around the area. Also love the fact that the hotel staff went out of their way to pick us up from the bus terminal when I requested for it. The hotel rooms comes with veranda that you have access to which is good when you need to air dry your clothes after a day of skiing. Buffet at the hotel restaurant was excellent

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the bedroom was a good size. Good selection of food on offer at breakfast. The reception area was very welcoming with an abundance of beautiful plants.

Staff were amazing, incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to organise a courier for items we accidentally left behind. Food was good although one person in our party has a wheat allergy and options were very limited, but staff did their best to accommodate. Shuttle buses running constantly to the ski slopes, convenient storage outside the hotel rooms for gear. Walking distance to Lawson/restaurants.

“Amazing stay and amazing staff!”

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Hakuba, our room had a lovely view of the mountains and was spacious. The breakfast and dinner every day was perfect with lots of choice. It was super convenient that there was a shuttle to and from the slopes direct to the hotel, this made skiing super seamless. The staff were amazing, very kind and helpful!

Staffs are very nice. Check-in experience was smooth. They helped us arrange a shuttle to the train station on our departure date which was a big help as it was raining. The public bath is clean and very relaxing. The room is not modern, but not too dated either. An all you can eat dinner and breakfast was fair.

The onsen is really nice. Hotel has great views from happo. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the resorts a really good. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

Loved the very very friendly staff, the meals, and the easy bus pickup to ski anywhere in the Hakuba Valley. Was surprised how many sports stores, coffee places were close by. Great onsen.

Beautiful hotel , good location, nice reception / lobby area, with mountain view. I tried the onsen as well, very nice and semi outdoor, with beautiful views on the mountains behind. Room was good, quite spacious, again with an amazing view. Very good bathroom / shower. Good size twin beds. Very nice and helpful staff, very welcoming and going out of their way to help us with advice and direction when asked. They also had ski busses to the main ski areas stopping at the hotel, which was very convenient. the hotel sells ski passes as well and we were also able to rent our ski equipment onsite, which was very good.

Great staff. Clean modern room, perfect location for us. Happy to stay again Onsen was a bonus
