“Beautiful villa close to ski resorts in Hakuba”
We were at this property for two nights specifically to ski at the nearby Imori resort. This is an exceptionally well maintained and operated property. The concierge team, especially Shinta, was outstanding and took care of all our requests and additional requirements - including ski gear rental, pick up and drop off to the ski resort, and transfers to and from the property to the station. Brilliant customer service and great communication with us throughout our stay. The villa itself was well-presented, comfortable and the sauna and onsen were a bonus for this time of year! Thank you.

Amazing place, the private onsen and sauna are lovely and the hosts are incredibly helpful in organising everything for us: transport, restaurants, ski rental etc. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of room for 8 people. Highly recommend.
