The property was clean and very comfy. The property was well located, walking distance to the Main Street in Echoland and The Big Supermarket.

Location was great for the free buses. The staff are really nice especially Kaylee. Having the food take away in the building was really handy as it was difficult getting restaurant tables without having a reservation. Kaylee ran us down to the supermarket so we could fill up with snacks and drinks. Would recommend the Hakuba Inn Bloom to family and friends.

Jasmine and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help with everything we enquired about.

The staff were amazing - jasmine is exceptional and super helpful. Having a wonderful - great value / high quality takeaway offering (Jasmine) with room service offering was so handy after a long day skiing! Pork Katsu curry was our favourite. Proximity to the Goryu/Iimori shuttle is excellent.

“I loved it”

hakuba inn bloom is a charming little inn apartment that has everything to make you feel at home. Even if the rooms may look dated like from the 70s or 80s, our apartment was clean with modern appliances including microwave, oven toaster and rice cooker. Instead of a kettle, there was an airpot that allowed the constant availability of hot water at a temperature of your choice. I had fun using a japanese stove that comes with a grill. The kitchenette came with sufficient utensils to put together a meal. The only thing that was missing were chopsticks to eat with but honestly, these can be obtained from the supermarket which is located about 15 min away by foot. The staff were great and accommodating. My travel plans were derailed but the staff were extremely responsive and offered to get us from the Hakuba bus terminus at short notice. Similarly, the day before checkout, they offered to send us to either the bus terminal or train station at no cost. The staff were available to answer questions even late at night. Some may find the busy kitchen smells disturbing but it was ok for us in our apartment. The take away food was reasonably priced and the fries were delicious. The free shuttle to hakuba 47 is literally a 1 minute walk away and the restaurants in echoland a very short walk away. If you prefer higher end chalets, this may be a disappointment for you but if you like a comfortable home away from home where things work and you have good wifi to keep you connected, this may be the answer. I appreciated very much that if I had any difficulties, I had someone to help me out at most hours of the day. The inn has activities to keep you occupied if you don't really want to go out. e.g. raden art workshop or billards. There is even happy hours from 3 to 6pm when you can help yourself to a free drink. You don't need a car if you stay here and are happy to walk and use public transport. Even if you drive, there is a small carpark nearby you can park at for free.

Really central to echoland restaurants/bars and close to shuttle station for slopes for skiing. They also picked us up and dropped us off to the train station when we were arriving / leaving which was really helpful.
