⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay at Hakuba Grand Apartments We had a truly wonderful stay at Hakuba Grand Apartments. The location was excellent — shops and restaurants were just a 5–8 minute drive away, and it was very convenient being within walking distance to the Happo-One Kokusai Lift. Our Level 3 2-bedroom apartment was quiet, warm, and very spacious, with a comfortable living area and two ensuite bedrooms with shower and toilet. We also appreciated the shared laundry area at level 1 with its powerful washer and dryer, which made washing and drying clothes so much easier. One of the highlights was the very large ski drying room. There was plenty of space for all our ski boots, skis, boards and gear. After a day out, we could simply drop everything there, and everything was dry and ready to go the next morning — extremely convenient. A spacious car park is just right in front and there is also a hotel onsen within walking distance, which was a lovely way to relax after skiing. The service from Dave, Mike and Takami-san was exceptional. They were warm, helpful and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. We are very grateful for their hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

We could not fault our stay. Dave, Takami & Mike were beyond fabulous & helpful. Absolutely nothing was too much for them. The welcome basket was amazing & more than enough to get us through the first morning. I would recommend Hakuba Grand Apartments and would stay here again.

Dave and his staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was great, close to the skifield, bus stop, good food and bars. Very comfy bed and bedding.

Excellent and very friendly and helpful staff. Has minibuses and staff will drive you to and from locations (for example ski lifts and restaurants and supermarket) from morning to about 7.30pm for free. Spacious and modern apartments pre-stocked with essential foods for breakfasts etc. Large drying room and gear room. 300 metre walk to Sakka 2 ski lift. 3 minutes walk to Rhythm equipment hire shop.

The staff were excellent- very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was very good. Additional services such as shuttle bus and complimentary breakfast basket was a very nice touch. “We had a fantastic family holiday in the snow. Convenient and homey apartment”

Dave and Takami and all the staff went above and beyond to make things easy and comfortable for the whole family. The staff took us to slopes, restaurants and supermarkets They are wonderful and really make this place special. The location is convenient, set in the Mominoki hotel complex with walking access to the Pub and Izakaya Kaz, Rythm rental. You can use the Mominoki hotel Onsen at a fee and even book a private family onsen there. Evergreen ski school is only 3min drive and then take you. You can ski back to the apartment from Saka place lifts.

The 2 bedroom apartment was excellent. Each bedroom had its own toilet and bathroom, ours had a bath as well as shower. The kitchen was great and well supplied. We were very well looked after by Dave, Takami and John who gave us great advice, booked restaurants for us and drove us to the slopes, other resorts and restaurants.

“Fantastic Family stay”

The staff at this location make you feel so welcomed and are happy to help you with anything! They go out of their way to give you lifts to places and help you book restaurants or plan your day. They know the area really well, speak perfect english and Japanese, and are lovely to talk to. Their location is fantastic, so close to the bus stop for getting around Hakuba ski resorts, right next to rhythm sports for ski hire, and sooo close to a beautiful onsen that I used every day! The rooms are large, the kitchen space is perfect, the beds are comfortable and the shower and bath is exceptional. I couldn't fault the room, it had everything we needed and they give you so much to help you get started like butter, tea, eggs and milk. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely return.
