Exceptional accommodation I have ever stayed. New, high standard, fully facilities.

The place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was genuinely comfortable, the kitchen came fully equipped with everything you'd need, and the air conditioning unit doubles as a heater — a convenient feature for cooler nights.

Modern and new, comfortable beds, good for a large group. Fantastic concierge service and transfers removed friction from the stay and made it easy to explore Hakuba.

The location was amazing being close to the main street and free shuttle service hakuba has to the ski resorts. The chalet was really nice with a good amount of space for 6 of us to store our ski gear in the dry room. the washing machine and dryer helped (but no close horse/ drying rack).

The house is convenient, the equipment is quite complete, very suitable for family.

Beautiful accommodation with excellent facilities. Plenty of space and very comfortable for bigger groups or families. Concierge team started a whatsapp chat group a day prior to check in and were responsive throughout our stay with any questions we had.

Everything was really new, modern, clean and beautifully designed - we really enjoyed the underfloor heating, rain showers and Netflix on the TV. Service was impeccable, with staff always very responsive and helpful, and Amber truly went the extra mile for us with transfers and restaurant booking services, compared to other resorts/hotels in Hakuba. I can’t recommend Amber Resorts enough and would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I’m in Hakuba.

The property was so special - its location amongst the forest trees covered in snow, the design of the property and its amenities were all amazing. Sitting in the onsen whilst it snowed outside will be a memory for life. The concierge team were so helpful organizing restaurant bookings, ski lessons, hire cars and shifting our ski gear around Japan.

This journey was truly wonderful. Right from when I stepped off the plane, they arranged transportation, as well as bookings at restaurants, and shuttles to the ski resort. Communicating via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and ensured that there were no issues during my stay, which was comfortable every day. The room was immaculately cleaned, and the daily breakfast was delicious. The high-quality interior decor and speakers made even the time spent indoors after skiing very enjoyable. The best part was having a hot spring in the room. Enjoying the hot spring amidst the snowy landscape was an absolute highlight. I will definitely book here again for the next season. The concierge team were truly fantastic and worked great.

The pictures don't do it justice. We were at the two bedroom house and the view, the furnishing and the decorations were breathtaking! Also there's 2.5 baths instead of 2 as advertised. The location is perfect - about 10 minute walk to the restaurants. However what really made our stay so memorable was the service team. They felt like family and were super responsive to every request on WhatsApp. From restaurant and onsen suggestions to helping us book tables. They sent their own car in a snow storm to rescue us from cortina when all taxis cancelled on us. Words can't describe our appreciation and thank you for making our annual family trip so perfect.
