“Our stay wasn't long enough!”
We were pleasantly greeted by or host, and confirmation & handover checks etc went smoothly. The Penthouse accommodated our whole family in comfort and the location was very convenient too. I would highly recommend this property for those discerning traveller's looking for a 'grand' Hakuba experience.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, facilities were all very new and the place was very clean. The staff were lovely, and there was ample secure facilities to lock up snow gear. The location was great, it was approximately a 10 minute walk to the happo-one ski lift and was next door to the main bus facility that had all the buses to the other mountains

“Good modern apartment with good facilities and service”
Modern and well planned apartment with good kitchen and bathroom facilities. TV already has Netflix, YouTube and Apple TV. Good air conditioner - heating. Good storage facilities for boots (drying room). Even snow brush for car provided in the lobby. Host responsive and provided good service and amenities. Can WhatsApp the host.

“Great location and Large Apartment.”
The property was in close proximity to the Happo-one lift, happo bus terminal and food outlets. It was also close to rhythm snow sports hire in Happo making it very convenient. The apartment was also top notch with all the amenities you could dream of.

A great property to stay at for a large group in Hakuba. A very comfortable size to sleep 6 adults. Very central to the town (and the bus terminal). Easy to get to Happo One via walking (10ish minutes) or the free town shuttle which has a pickup stop across the road from the property. Having a full kitchen was handy.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The apartment was really large and well set out with everything you needed. staff have a WhatsApp you can message and ask for transportation (at a fee). couldn’t be happier with our stay.
