The bus stop right outside the building is awesome when getting to and from the slopes eliminating most of the downsides of being so far from the town centre. The baths were awesome and very relaxing.

Really help staff, happy to hold bags for the day after check out, breakfast is okay, but it’s free so it’s good. Hakuba 47 bus stop literally at the door step and Iwatake bus stop is just around the corner 50m. Also 10m walk away from a 7/11

Felse Inn Gakusui is in a good location for the ski resorts and most shuttle buses come to it for the ski resorts. The breakfast was good, not too much and not too little and I absolutely loved their coffee!

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful . We were surprised to find a hot spring in the hotel and that was very handy coming back from a day of snowboarding to relax in
