Very clean and well-equipped property and the onsen on the first floor is really great! However, be aware, there are no two rooms as it seems to be the case in the pictures. There is only one bedroom and a mezzanine area with a double and a single bed, but no four walls and a door-this is not a second bedroom! This should be clearly shown.

There is one enclosed room and the other room is without a curtain or door for privacy. Will be suitable for a small family but beyond 5 pax, it will be uncomfortable due to the lack of a proper second bathroom. Select the south villa if you have bulky luggage as it is nearer to the carpark.

A lot of space and facilities to use in the house. The baths were already filled with warm water, which was nice after a long day.

It was a comfortable place with some good amenities. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils including portable induction hobs for bbq outside. The bathrooms were great especially with the onsen in the main bath. The lounge comfortable and big enough for 2 couples. Laundry facility was good. The beds were comfortable.

We loved staying at the Stay Villa Hakone. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and we especially loved the onsen and footpath. A fabulous escape from the heat after a day exploring the region.

“Truly a gorgeous place to stay and relax in!”
The place was very modern and enjoyable for our two families (total of nine people) to stay in. The onsen and foot bath were awesome. The large kitchen and two bathrooms were great. Our elementary school children enjoyed sleeping in the loft area.
