“Cozy and amazing guesthouse, the onsen are a big plus”

This modern wooden guesthouse is surrounded by a beautiful nature scenery and make feel a peaceful vibe. The capsule was spacious, with a comfortable matress and also having a small safe to fit your own valuables. The common areas are cozy and super clean, also the onsen area is: the two hot springs onsen (outdoor and indoor) are a big plus and are perfect at evening time, opened until midnight. Very kind and helpful staff. The location is well connected by bus to Hakone, lake Ashi and to the two main train stations in the area (the bus stop is almost in front of the guest house).

The staff was so kind to me and my kid. Also, really clean, the environment and the onsen. Easy location to move around Hakone

We had a very comfortable stay here! The capsule rooms were private and cozy, and you can request for portable fans from reception if you feel that it might get warm inside the pod. The onsen was amazing and they are tattoo friendly.

I loved this place. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the pod was spacious and had everything I needed, the lounge is an incredibly nice space to hang out in and the onsens are beautiful. Would highly recommend this to anyone in the area.

It’s just so beautiful - the onsens were great, the rooms were beautiful, the scenery around it was great and the staff were very helpful.

Clean, modern yet cozy. Nice lounge area. Great onsen, if you go outside of top hours you get it for yourself. Kitchen is great and chemex coffee kit is amazing touch for a slow morning. Next to the bus stop, so easy to get around.

the mattresses are really thin so as I’m a side sleeper my hips got a bit sore.

Quiet location with indoor and outdoor onsens for guests to soothe aching muscles after a long day's hike while listening to the birds sing and the waterfall below. It is possible to have the onsen to yourself at quiet hours, which is perfect for first-timers. The lounge area is thoughtfully and comfortably designed, and the kitchen equipped with beautiful crockery. The sleeping pods are comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for luggage as well. The guesthouse was a very clean, calm and friendly environment.

Onsen was very little with one pool only

“An absolute gem”

An amazing place. We stayed in the family room with balcony. It was spacious and clean, lovely view of the mountains. The onsen was lovely. Communal kitchen and lounge were great. There were some toys for the kids as well. Kind and helpful staff. An absolute gem!
