The location The friendly staff - thank you for your nice / handwritten card for our honeymoon! Very thoughtful touch :) The dinner - even though it is Japanese style, it had some many options - very good in quality - very tasteful. We loved it! The private onsen ❤️

“Amazing stay in amazing location”
Loved the room itself, everything was super comfortable. Room was big enough. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent and they also have 7 Store just 2 minutes away, if you want inexpensive alcohol or just snacks. Hot baths on the room were great, buuut) I think its a bit misleading to say with views, as view was obstructed by glass particion. And lovely yukatas, so comfortable.

Everything was perfect about this stay ! The room was wonderful ( Japanese style ) and very comfortable. The location was amazing , you literally walk only 1min to reach the bus station. The breakfast was perfect and the staff were incredibly nice. We definitely recommend this stay for 10000% you won’t be disappointed!

“Decent and faciity not too bad.”
Provide shuttle, facilities good. Staff are great. Breakfast and dinner are decent Onsen is great. Free Yukensen pass.

“Perfect and relaxing place in Hakone”
it was a very relaxing hotel where everyone walks around in japanese clothes provided for you. The Yunessun Park, included for the hotel guests, is a hot spring park where you can relax all day, it's a family park with a lot of children but it didn't affected our experience and we had a great day.
