“A Lovely Place to Stay”
It is a small hotel with only 26 rooms so no large groups here. Our room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable . The staff were very kind but most didn't speak any English. Thank goodness for Google Translate. The onsen is lovely. In the lounge, there is free coffee, ice cream, and sparkling wine. There are several restaurants around for evening meals. Breakfast has a mixture of Japanese and western food.. This has been one of our favorite hotels in our five week trip in Hokkaido.

I made a mistake and only booked for one person instead of a couple, but they simply charged me the hot spring tax of 300¥. I was very grateful. Great little onsen, good breakfast that catered to my western tastes; i tried but simply can't do fish for breakfast. Enough noodle restaurants nearby to meet our needs. The botanical gardens and the monkeys was nearby and was fun to visit.

“Great customer service and a very nice hotel overall”
I stayed in Emi Hakodateya before the marathon. Staff went above and beyond in supporting the runners: they allowed me to use the parking after check out and the onsen after the race.

Great onsen well complimented with sparkling wine, coffee and ice cream. Great breakfast choices as well. Value for money and just next to airport, also easily accessible by public transport. Highly recommended to everyone to try it out; no regrets…..

“Good onsen hotel with generous supply of accessories and drinks.”
Our room is new and comfortable. There are sparkling drinks, coffee and tea provides to all the guests at the foyer. Good breakfast which is included and very generous with accessories. Great foyer area for guests to sit around.
