The public bath was really nice. Towels are provided daily. Washing machines and dryers are free to use.

There is a free shuttle bus service to and from the hotel from the nearby station Hakodate. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Definitely recommend.”
The private onsen was lovely, and very nice staying in the room with Tatamu flooring. Very good price compared to aimilar rooms in the area and includes breakfast and dinner. Very close to the botanical gardens which are perfect for a rainy day, and several great restaurants. Was easy to get the bus from Hakodate station. Laundry is very cheap to do and massage chairs can be used while you wait.

We arrived late due to train delays and the staff kindly let us join the dining room for the last 20 minutes. The onsen was nice, particularly the outside bath (rotenburo).

“It’s was a pleasant stay!”
We got a Japanese traditional style room, it’s very comfortable, the onsen was good, breakfast and dinner have a lot of food to choose from, free wine and beer was a super bonus!

I liked the Japanese style room and the onsens and the private onsen you could rent was very cheap and definitely worth it!

The place was a walking distance to botanical gardens and had many nice restaurants nearby The staff were also very helpful food was buffet style and had free flow alcohol
