The location was very good as it was near the train station and the morning market. The included breakfast was pretty good. Everything was clean and the shower/bath was very warm and comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location and has complete amenities. The rooms are a suitable size, big enough to open a large suitcase. The staff were very helpful when I forgot my glasses.

Bathtub could be cleaner, brakfast could use bigger choice of drinks, also food had some of everything but without much of customization (for example if you just wanted bread with something, the only choice was butter. No jam, nutella or anything like it to go with it)

This is an older hotel but well maintained. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent with lots of options.

The staff were friendly, helpful and extra reassuring as there was an earthquake whilst we were staying there. Small rooms but absolutely fine for a night or two and great location!

“Fanatic location, very convenient .”
Fantastic location, right next to Lawson and the Hakodate morning market whete you could buy seafood & fruits . It’s only a short walk to Hakodate station and other restaurants .The breakfast provided daily was delicious and the staff were very helpful .
