“Fairly new property at a convenient location”
The property was rather new and so the infrastructure was in very good shape. It is conveniently located and is within walking distance from the JR station. The Japanese buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen in terms of quality.

Breakfast was amazing! The best one ever. You can taste all you want from Hokkaido from the morning. And Some sparkling wine also free 😱 I used 2 beds with a tatami room for 5 of us. Had a good time with my family

“Good, centrally located, hotel in Hakodate”
Modern, well run, city hotel in a good location. Facilities were good, in particular, the Japanese bathhouse on the top floor with great nighttime views.

“Very expensive disappointment”
We arrived at La Vista to be told we had booked The Annex. Unsure how that came about! It was VERY expensive for no apparent reason We have been on a road trip for a couple of months and thought we’d treat our selves to somewhere special. Very disappointing

great location near red brick warehouse, asaichi, and Mt.Hakodate. great place but stay only. It would be better and more reasonable to have breakfast at the Asaichi nearby.
