“Overall comfortable and cozy hotel”
Good location next to the red brick warehouses. Well equipped facilities and helpful staff. The room was very spacious and the view of Mt Hakodate was amazing. The washing machines were useful with clearly explained instructions.

Great location, right near tram stations and mountain hikes! They allowed us to hold our bags there for almost 5 hours after check out, and spend time in the lobby after checkout as well

“Great value for a strategic location hotel with clean room”
Location is good, walkable to Mt Hakodate ropeway, Hachiman-Zaka slope, Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse & plenty of eatery nearby. The junior suite we stayed was spacious for 4 pax, room was clean & comfortable. The hotel comes with free drinks & the lounge was cozy. The staff was friendly & helpful.

Really nice staff, the laundry machine and drier were free of us and there was detergent ready as well. Room was bigger than expected and the beds were cozy. It is close by the observatory ropeway and easy to reach from the hakodate station (can even use the tram)

“Wonderful, central hotel in Hakodate”
Lovely hotel in a very central location near the tramline. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel lobby was very pretty and comfortable. It is clear how much care and attention to detail the staff put into the hotel, it felt both homely and as a hotel. The staff were so nice throughout our stay.
