Beautifully renovated property with all modern comforts. Although primarily aimed at winter sports visitors, it is also an excellent place to stay during the rest of the year. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean and equipped with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed a wonderful view of the nearby volcano. Guests also have access to a pleasant shared lounge area with an excellent coffee machine. A thoughtfully designed small-scale accommodation, hosted by an English-speaking owner and hostess who made us feel very welcome.

“Goryokaku comfort”
Great location and price. Comfortable bed and rarely seen large bath. Breakfast buffet was a good option to have, but the attached Family Mart also got a lot of use!

The tram stop was just in front of the building. The room and amenities are good. Food places are nearby. You can also easily walk to Goryokaku Park.

“Decent place to stay in”
The breakfast was good, the location was great next to Goryokaku complex and having a supermarket on the premises was much appreciated and we liked the nice pyjamas we got. The view from the 14th floor was good.

Everything was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location, convenience store and view were so good. It was easy to travel to and from the airport and other locations. Very clean, quiet and luxurious. Thank you very much!

“Highly recommended hotel. Great value and location”
Great location. Tram station was just across the road. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a Family Mart attached to the hotel. Our favorite Japanese restaurant was just across the road. The hotel is convenient to everything. We had buffet breakfast during our whole stay at the hotel. We love their selection of food especially the sashimi section and other traditional Japanese food and Hakodate specialties. It was really good value for money and I highly recommend getting the room with breakfast package when booking. We also like that they supply pajamas in the room. Parking was also convenient and very reasonable at Y700 per day
