“Comfortable modern hotel with superb outdoor onsen on 12th floor”
Very busy hotel yet all handled with grace and style and the Onsen was always pretty quiet. Buffet breakfast and dinner are very expansive with much variety between cuisines - including the Hokkaido Crab section!

“Most amazing stay this winter in Japan”
What's not to like?! Modern Facility. Amazing helpful and happy staff. Sparkling clean. The room was spacious and modern, with all the freshest amenities. Stylish jinbei inspired in Ainu people traditional garment. Spacious onsen area, clean, regularly checked by staff to ensure cleanliness and safety. And the onsen experience... Wow! Outside, with the snow and the sound of the ocean waves crashing. Amazing! Breakfast was probably the best I've ever had in Japan. Fresh sashimi, lots of variety too! Their kani miso was delicious with rice. And... All you can drink sparkling and regular wine!

Food Buffet and they manage to que to avoid crowding. Sparkling wine in the morning Melon Ice cream,grilled seafood,Sashimi Nuts,Sweets &Desserts ,coffe machine, plenty of tea and coffee.
