Overview
A 8-minute walk from JR Hakodate Train Station, Hakodate Kokusai Hotel's West Wing offers a coastal view, while the East Wing offers a view of Hakodate City. “Perfect stay”
The location was very good. Near the JR train station, tram station and bus stops. Hot springs were good with beautiful view and soft water. Food was fresh and delicious. Lots of raw fish, various desserts and meats. The room was clean and everything was prepared.

Breakfast was very good in quality and variety. On some mornings, we had to wait in the queue for a while. The system that notifies us by text when our table is ready is very useful. The location is very good, next to the tourist attractions. The room I stayed in was large, and I had everything I needed.

“Good choice in Hakodate.”
Great location, only 5 min walk to station. Clean, huge variety for breakfast, staff very lovely - we enjoyed chatting with Anthony at breakfast. We had a lovely view of the harbour and the bar had a happy hour with a harbour view. Would stay again.

“An amazing experience in a large and luxurious modern hotel”
Everything. The large spacious reception area, the friendly staff, the comfortable room, the food and the luxury spa bath with Dyson hairdryers in the changing room. I especially loved the sky lounge with its views of the bay and a very reasonably priced twilight drinks offer. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever experienced.

The location is very good! Walkable distance from Hakodate Shinkansen Station and bus station from Hakodate Airport. The building was modern and clean. It also has different restaurants and bar that offers variety of food.

“Unlimited ikura buffet breakfast!!”
Specifically booked this hotel for the buffet breakfast and it did not disappoint! Unfortunately did not get to check out the onsens. Location was great, walkable to the brickhouse, the tram, convenient stores and many restaurants.

“Great art deco room with views.”
We had a room at the corner of the hotel and it was curved. We had amazing views of the harbour and Mt Hakodate. The room had an Art Deco vibe and even had a phone in the bathroom. The toilet was adjacent to tne entry way which could be closed off. The room was quite spacious. The Japanese breakfast was a choice of seafood, eel or beef. Both the eel and seafood was very good. There was a 'happy hour' which was all you could drink (beer or wine) for one hour with fabulous views. The hotel is situated between the train station and the tourist area.
