“Basic but comfortable stay with plenty of space in great location.”
We loved our stay, it is great value for money. It has plenty of room for a family, we have 2 teenagers and they both had a room each. The stairs are very steep to get to the up stairs bedrooms, but the room downstairs was fine for my husband and I. Stairs fine for young people. Great bathroom and laundry facilities and even a great clothes rack and hangers to dry clothes. Plenty of kitchen facilities to make breakfast, or even cook eggs or pancakes, we loved being able to do basic cooking.

House can accommodate a lot of people, very ideal for a large group and a long stay. We were a group of 3 and found this very comfortable

“Basic but conveniently located, with only a slight hiccup at check-in.”
Location was great, within a short walk of historic buildings, mount Hakodate and the red brick warehouse area. The house itself was functional but not homey, but good for our purposes. Spacious living room, and in a quiet area.
