Free Parking, Quiet n Clean, Cable TV., Friendly helpful couple owner, both came to welcome us and gifted a super sweet whole melon. Good supply of a variety beverage mix FOC.

“Well located, affordable apartment in Hakodate”

This was a ground floor unit run by an elderly couple who greets you when you arrive and sends you off when you check out. The unit has everything we needed. Good hot water pressure, good internet, working aircon/heater. Beds were acceptable. Hosts were generous with coffee and tea and even gave us a free melon. Location was very good, not far from the morning market and Hakodate ropeway. Parking was provided and free

Location was great. You could easily walk to most places. Room was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed for the stay.

Really good location, quiet but tram was only 5 mins away. The cable car to Mount Hakodate is only a short walk away too. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. The best toilet we’ve experienced in Japan 😁

Located in quiet neighbourhood Very friendly hosts, despite language barrier google translate is working perfect to communicate Most of the highlights (Mt.Hakodate, morning market etc.) in walking distance, only Fort Goryokaku is a little bit further away.

The host are very nice and friendly. They even offered us a big slice of the sweet melon for each of us. They even helped to clean the wheels of our luggage before bringing in for us.

“Nice Apartment”

Nice quiet place, located quite in the middle between Hakodate Station and the Ropeway base. And midway between the two seasides. So we walked to all those places, except when going to see the red monkeys. The place was well kept by the owner.

The hosts were lovely, met us at the apartment when we arrived to give us keys and a tour around the house. We were welcomed with a lovely fruit bowl and some information about the Christmas event happening at the time The hosts helped us organise Christmas kfc and the best ways to get to the airport as well as giving us a lift to both kfc and the airport bus station The apartment had everything you could need and was exceptionally clean and comfortable

The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Gave us fruits on the first day! Location was walkable but due to the cold, we drove. Parking wasn't an issue. Free parking outside the place. Host came to clean our trash every day.

The homeowners Hajime and Yuko were helpful and attentive, they were trying their best to communicate with us in English. They also gifted us a delicious melon! The house is within walking distance to the tram stations, and there's a convenience store just around the block. The housing area was quiet as it was away from the main roads. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

Hosts were magnificent, they made sure we felt right at home and gave us plenty of tips for going around Hakodate. Property was in a great location, near main tourist attractions and was very comfortable. We had a great stay.

The host is friendly. The room is very clean, we can use the kitchen to cook. Netflix is the bonus to us. Location is very good, 15 mins to the ropeway station, 5-10 mins to morning market / seafood market. We love this house; will definitely stay there again if have a chance and will also recommended to other friends / family member.
