“Good location & clean hotel”
Good hotel across from the JR station, well located near the morning market & many restaurants & grocery stores. Clean & friendly staff. I am happy with this hotel chain around Japan.

“Great choice in Hokodate”
The location is super convinient, it is near major rail station, bus and streetcar. There are a lot of restaurant and store nearby. The hotel has modern and nice design. All looks new

“Nice stsy at MyStay Hakodate”
All went well. Check in and out was good, WiFi was good, room was clean, quiet, good lighting, great location right across from the Station, and the Ouster bar downstairs was great. Would recommend

“Lovely hotel, small rooms but make sure you have a good view”
The staff were very kind. I fell over and hurt my knee and they immediately provided me with a water bottle full of ice and asked if I needed a doctor (which I didnt). The Oyster bar on the ground floor is so good. Lovely atmosphere and lovely staff....tried my first ever oyster. Trams were easily accessible to take you to other parts of town.

“Great hotel with excellent location”
Excellent location right in front of the JR Hakodate station, main bus station and taxi ranks. Tram/streetcar stop is a 2 minute walk 5 minute walk to the morning market which offer endless options of great seafood

Very close to the train station and in walking to distance to lots of great restaurants. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a good range of items that can be borrowed, like electric fans for cooling. It also has washer/dryer machines that can handle small loads of washing; great if you're travelling light.
