Location! Short walk to Hakodate morning market, Lawson, Lucky Pierrot. ~15mins walk to the red brick warehouses as well. Free parking available.

“Value For Money”
A brand-new and spotless apartment with very comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is excellent, with easy access to trams, bus stops, and the train station. The morning market, numerous eateries, and even a nearby park for a morning walk or exercise are all within close proximity. The reception service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Team members such as Chihiro, Ogawa, and Sakiko were able to communicate effectively in English, which is a wonderful asset and greatly enhanced our stay.

Best hotel by far in Hokkaido! The staff there is super nice, the location is perfect, right next to the morning market. We even got a refund for one night because of a delay we had with our flight, it was super nice of them! :) I really recommend this hotel to everyone!

“A perfect stay and welcome respite from life on the road”
Immaculate, lovely rooms with deep bath and a kitchen. The big plus for me was free parking as I am travelling by camper van. Super comfortable, quiet. Morning market nearby and loads of places to eat. Friendly and helpful staff.
